For psl/shipping/smut/au or whatever else you may have. Pick from any age group (default being adult, middle school and high school ages being options.) You want vampires, fantasy, master/servant settings? Borrow from another canon? Just go for it!
Give a heads up if you don't want it to go past a certain rating. Otherwise, have at!
For pre-set scenarios:
A. Fallen Skies
B. Highest Bidder
Or borrow from Bakerstreet:
1. Hanahaki (May or may not be harmless)
2. Rain
3. Pet Person AU
4. Stray
5. Took You In
6. Always Came Back
7. Romance Prompts
8. A/B/O
9. The Hottest Springs
10. Jailbait
11. Sex Pollen

... I have some people to talk to, but if I can make it work, I'll see about escorting you.
[ The town wasn't going to be happy, however. At least the people who had any say about this kind of thing won't be happy. There were a good portion that'd be glad to be rid of the alpha. Then there's large portion that were still caught up with those particular drugs. ]
For now... Feel free to rest and help yourself to anything around. Anything but the stuff on the counter in those jars, that is. You, uh, really shouldn't touch that stuff.
no subject
[Whether or not he got escorted didn’t matter. He was leaving tomorrow no matter what. Drinking the water.]
Just order the food, and I’ll sleep after dinner.
[He wasn’t moving. This town was unsafe. In any other time, he’d fight, but he couldn’t.]
no subject
[ He'll point to one that went straight into the back of the inn, where the kitchen was. Which is the same door he goes through to start making arrangements.
The food will certainly show up before Shizuo returns. He'll be held up for quite a while, to where he'd be expecting Hak to be asleep by the time he does return. ]
no subject
Here, he wasn’t sure how long he could stay. He almost wants to leave tonight. Looking at the door, he waits for the man to return.]
no subject
I thought you'd be using this as a chance to rest. There weren't any problems, were there?
no subject
[There’s no real questions that leave his mouth. Hak knows what he needs to do.]
I can’t sense how safe this town is. Without a strong alpha, I may as well be vulnerable for any bandits here.
no subject
[ He's actually getting some things together to start packing up. It looks like he's gotten enough of a response to have a course of action that needs to be taken. ]
You'll be safe enough to rest through the night. Given that I'm the only alpha around, you'll be fine.
no subject
[Whether the guy comes along or doesn’t wouldn’t have changed his opinion.]
Good. Some alphas think it’s easy picking to grab an “unmated” pregnant alpha.
[He pauses.]
It’s also too dangerous to stay anywhere that isn’t well prepared to deal with greedy, cocky alphas. So no. I can’t go home.
no subject
[ He was as safe as an alpha could be, for better or worse. Really, Hak, you took a terrible route to the try and get to the Earth Tribe. ]
You're gonna see a lot of residents that are... not doing well. It's a drug called Nadai that's in heavy supply along all the ports. It's easier to deal with during the daytime, if only because there's more people unaffected that are also awake to take care of them and the bodies.
no subject
[Seriously. He has all his stuff together and he's not unpacking any of it.]
I've heard some people talking about it when I came into town. Some mother warning her children not to leave the house after sunset.
no subject
Probably Nira and her kids again... It's a drug that can cause severe hallucinations, so the people that are on them are unpredictable. The general's daughter has set up clinics, but it's not an instant fix. Which is why we're not leaving until after sunrise.
no subject
[He sighs, looking towards him, leaning against the table as he tries to rest a little bit.]
At least you're willing to leave.
no subject
[ He doesn't feel capable of having someone's life in his hands enough to get that title, even if it's temporary. Even if it doesn't mean much of a difference to others. ]
Well, I'd have to be. After that chat, I'm not exactly welcome anymore.
no subject
[Escort, helper, whatever Shizuo wanted to call himself.]
...What happened? I thought you were protecting the town.
no subject
[ Maybe it's the water tribe upbringing, but the idea of being in charge of another life, even as an escort, seemed pretty big. He didn't want troubles or conflicts to come up because of it. ]
Well, now they think I've been skipping on some of the medicines and am following my 'traitorous' instincts. Despite saying that I'll be back, they don't like the idea of me leaving in the first place, so they said there won't be anything left for me if I did. So that's it- unless one of the kids grows up to be an alpha or omega, this is officially a town with only betas.
no subject
[What a lousy town. So willingly to just kick out the only alpha they have. He shakes his head.]
Not a good chance of that.
[He looks at him.]
Sorry.
no subject
[ There's a lot that can't be helped, and Hak will see just how bad it could be as they continue through towns. Why they'd be afraid of keeping alphas and omegas around. ]
Just think of it as your luck and fortune until you're done with me. Then I'll just... Figure things out from there.
no subject
[Not that Shizuo knew about how he ended up like this.]
no subject
[ Alright, then. ]
Go ahead and sleep. I've got things handled and will wake you when morning comes.
no subject
[He moved to the bed.]
So thank you. Get some sleep as well.
no subject
[ Shizuo'll just pull the sheet that's used as a bit of a divider from the bed to the rest of the area. Whether he gets sleep will be up for debate, but he'll be cleaned up and packed when morning comes.
He's not sure if Hak will need the help waking up, but he's ready if that's the case. At least some basics that don't require an oven are ready and together. Fruit, jerky, simple things that are easy to carry around. Skeins of water for when they're actually on the road. ]
no subject
Ready to go?
no subject
Yeah. You gonna be okay? I figured sleeping in a bed would help your back.
no subject
[He shakes his head and runs his fingers through his hair to push it back.]
Yeah. Let's just go.
no subject
[ He'll get his own pack and stuff on before picking up Hak's. ]
